• 04/06/2010 Targa Rotorua 2010
  Queen's Birthday weekend and the Targa rally is back in Rotorua for the two day event. We were given the opportunity to sponsor a 1983 Ford Capri owned by Bernie Heistand who is back for his 3rd event here. Because the motel was named after the builder's Ford Capri we thought it was most appropriate to sponsor a car of the same make and lend our support to a great community event. The result from the weekend's event was really satisfying for Bernie and his co-driver Jilly Hutson who came 7th in the Classic Car class, their best ever result - partly due to the comfortable accommodation at Best Western Capri Court Motor Inn!!
  
  
• 08/04/2010 Meet Charlie
  Charlie is our 3 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. We have nick named him "check in" Charlie as he loves to meet all our guests as they check in. He enjoys a pat and any attention you like to offer and will repay you with a lick if allowed. His favourite activity is chasing birds and their shadows and he will spend hours at this, so if you wonder what he is up to rushing around the carpark, now you know.
